My opinion is that the greatest danger facing our Churches today is complacency. Complacency in our worship Complacency in our relationship with the Lord Complacency in our efforts to serve God Complacency in our Witnessing I beleieve that for far too long people have settled for the status quo when God clearly calls us to an excellence in everything we do.
Lack of spirituality. We have the tradition of spirituality, the look of spirituality, for some maybe even the feel of spirituality, but until we are as a majority loving God with all our hearts mind and souls, and loving our neighbors enough to witness to them, we will continue to fall away.
Lack of soul winning. If we did that like we should, it would positively affect doctrine and practice. Both complacency in all areas and spirituality would be changed with a few led to the Lord in salvation.
Complacency (lack of spirituality) can really only be addressed at an individual level, and then, I suppose, if enough in a church are revived, then the church will have greater fellowship with God, with each other, and a greater impact on the world around them.
Other dangers (in my observation) are that a scary percentage of A.B.A. churches are a just a couple of families away from closing the doors, especially those in extremely rural areas. And some seem to have a "circle the wagons mentality" (all the world is going to hell so let's just hunker down till Jesus comes)
I suppose liberal leanings could also be a danger in some areas or churches...
That we will soon be persecuted by the anti-christ and his world system as we go through the tribulation, right? :) (a jab, yes, but nothing to smile about of course)

I think the newest greatest danger to the ABA is all these tired homesick preachers who will be driving back to their own homes under this condition.
